jess.wandering Fear is a manipulative emotion. It is our bodies way of protecting us. Of keeping us alive. But simply being alive is not the same as living. Fear doesn’t confine itself within the realm of reality. It thrives on the irrational. It digs itself in, and holds us captive to our worst fears until they become part of our personal narrative. But we don’t need to be defined by our fears. Everyone is different, and you are the only person who draws the line between fear that protects you, and fear that holds you back. Learning to recognize the difference is the real challenge.
